Yousuf Nabi, the Owner & CEO of Gotham IP, Inc and its associated companies, brings over two decades of extensive experience in management and leadership to the table.
In 2016, Yousuf laid the foundation for Gotham IP Holdings, establishing it as the parent company overseeing various ventures such as Gotham Bail Bonds, Gotham Immigration Bonds, Gotham Insurance Services, and Gotham Investigations. Notably, Gotham Bail Bonds, under Yousuf's guidance, has expanded its reach to cover more than 50 counties in California, boasting offices in each county.
In 2023 Gotham Surety and Fidelity Bonds was launched.
Yousuf's entrepreneurial acumen garnered attention when Forbes recognized Gotham as one of the standout startups of the year in 2016. Building on this success, Yousuf ventured into the food industry by becoming a franchise owner of Mrs. Fields Cookies in 2019. By 2020, he had masterfully expanded the Mrs. Fields franchise from a single location to a chain spanning more than four outlets across California and Nevada, with the addition of TCBY in the same year.
Further diversifying his portfolio, Yousuf took the bold step of incorporating Sbarro Pizza into his company in 2022. Additionally, Gotham IP's acquisition of a Carniceria Market in Southern California in 2021 demonstrated Yousuf's commitment to strategic growth and expansion.
Under Yousuf's visionary leadership, Gotham Cookies, Inc. has flourished, boasting a robust presence with over 25 locations strategically positioned throughout California, Nevada, Washington, and Hawaii. With a workforce exceeding 250 employees across the various companies under the Gotham IP umbrella, Yousuf and his esteemed executive team continue to drive innovation and success, cementing Gotham's reputation as a leader in the industry.
